Da Hong Pao is one of the most celebrated Wuyi Red Oolongs, known for its full body, rich flavor, and warming aroma. Our tea is heavily roasted, producing a smooth, fruity sweetness with a deep, satisfying finish.
On the palate, expect notes of dried stone fruits, caramelized sugar, and subtle roasted nuts, with a lingering warmth that makes it perfect for slow afternoons or quiet evenings. The roast softens over time, revealing more depth and complexity with each month of proper storage—making it an excellent tea to enjoy now or age 1–3 years.
