Bai Hao Yin Zhen, or Silver Needles, is the pinnacle of white tea: delicate, all-bud leaves harvested from the first flush of spring in Fuding. Each silvery bud is carefully hand-picked, pressed lightly, and retains the soft downy hairs that give this tea its signature name.

The dry buds shimmer with a silvery-white sheen and carry a faint aroma of fresh hay and sweet melon. Once steeped, the liquor is pale gold, light, and silky, with subtle layers of honey, white peach, and floral notes. The flavor is incredibly smooth—gentle, naturally sweet, and nearly free of bitterness—making it perfect for multiple infusions.

This tea shines whether brewed grandpa style, gong fu, or western style. Each cup rewards patience and attention, revealing its delicate, refined character sip after sip.
